Jo Ann Biviano is a graduate from Rutgers University with a degree in foreign language, with a concentration in “Spanish”. She is also certified in TESOL and TEFL. Also, she is a Translator for the State of New Jersey in their Early Childhood Intervention Program, bridging the gap between Spanish-speaking families and English-speaking healthcare workers. She worked in the corporate world for many years, and eventually became a liaison between an american and overseas company in a sales capacity. In addition, she has been teaching ESL at Servicios Latinos since 2009 to a multicultural group of students from all over the world. Through these experiences, she saw the importance of people overcoming language barriers in the workforce and in daily life. In addition, she raised her own family and realized the importance of in-home tutoring.
These days, Jo Ann focuses on helping people learn Spanish and English to improve communication in the workplace, obtain citizenship, get a job, advance their career, improve SAT scores and enhance their travel experiences.
